Be a conference sponsor or advertiser

You can support our conference in several ways: through targeted donations for programming and activities or by advertising in conference printed matter and merchandise that will reach more than 1,200 attendees. These choices also afford a perfect way to list your research names and towns of interest or to honor or memorialize family members. If you have questions, please send email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Sponsorship and underwriting activities

The primary sponsorship effort for DC2011 is the Chai Circle Campaign. Levels of giving are:

  • Chai (Circle of Life) $10,000* or more
  • Giborim (Heroes) $5,000*
  • Bonim (Builders) $2,500*
  • N’deevim (Donors) $1,000*
  • Tomchim (Contributors) $500*
  • Chaverim (Friends) up to $499

Among the benefits of donating to this campaign is the placement of your advertisements, at no extra charge, in the conference Daily Planner and, for Chai donors, the Gala Journal. For details, see the Chai Circle Campaign page. These donations are the backbone of our fund-raising efforts, and we thank you!

*Anyone who gives $500 or more is invited to a special donor reception  attended by many of the week’s speakers.

Donors will be listed by category in our Gala Journal and in the Daily Planner under the sponsored program, including name(s) of those in whose honor or memory the program or performance is being sponsored.

Promote your business or organization by donating to one of these special features of the DC2011 Conference. Honor or memorialize family members by sponsoring the following:

  • Sponsor the Resource Center, $10,000
  • Sponsor the Cyber Café, $5,000
  • Sponsor the Film Festival, $3,000
  • Sponsor a professor or archivist, $2,500
  • Sponsor a computer lab, $5,000 (PC or MAC)

Donors will be listed by level of giving in our Gala tribute journal and in the program guide under the sponsored program, along with the name(s) of those in whose honor or memory the program or performance is being sponsored.

Please contact our for application, design specs and more information.
